Mr. Mohammad Jassim Mohammad Al Wazzan started his career with Gulf Bank in 1981 before joining Mezzan in 1985. During his time with Mezzan Holding, Mr. Mohammad has been responsible for our strategic entry into many areas as well as managing our finance and IT departments.
Over the last five years, Mr. Al Wazzan has been mandated by the Board to drive the strategic changes in the group pursuant to the IPO. He now serves as Vice Chairman of the Board and an Executive commissioned by the Board to monitor the executive management with regards to the main course of business.
A graduate of the University of Miami, USA, with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Mr. Mohammad has previously served on the Boards of the Commercial Bank of Kuwait from 2000 to 2003 and Commercial Real Estate Company from 2004 to 2009.
